Kate Walker
I am leaving this in honor of my mum Kate Walker who was sadly diagnosed with lung cancer in January of this year at just age 49. She fought the horrible disease for a long 4 months- and one of her final requests was to pass away at St Lukes’. She went there in her final 3 weeks of life, where they did such an amazing job of caring for my mum, and making us feel so welcome, supporting us each and every visit.
